Registration for the Fairway to Heaven Brad Swan Memorial Golf Outing presented by the Pewaukee Basketball Club!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

* Registration deadline for golf is May 31, 2023 unless event sells out before deadline.

* Registration deadline for dinner guest is Friday, June 17, 2023.

Event Details

Who: The Swan Family & Pewaukee Basketball Club
What: Golfers will play a 4-person scramble. Only 216 spaces available
Where: Ironwood Golf Course
When: Friday, June 23
Cost: $500 per foursome (No Refunds)
Social Only (Includes: Casual Dinner & Beer): $50
Golfer Inclusions: Golf, Cart, Range, Lunch, Appetizers, Casual Dinner & Prizes
All Day Lunch Menu: Lunch will be served an hour prior to teeing off until an hour after golfing begins.

Par 3 Sponsors $250 Signage with family name or corporate name and/or company logo on one par 3 tee box.
Practice Range or Practice Green Sponsor $300 Signage with family name or corporate name and/or company logo at driving range.
Cabana Sponsor $300 Signage with family name or corporate name and/or company logo at each appetizer table. Contributors will be recognized at the event.
Cart Sponsor $500 Signage with family name or corporate name and/or company logo on multiple golf cart. Contributors will be recognized at the event.
Lunch Sponsors $500 Signage with family name or corporate name and/or company logo at each lunch table. Contributors will be recognized at the event.
